Delivery & Returns

How long does delivery take?

UK mainland orders arrive within 3–5 working days via our Speedy and Tracked DHL Delivery. Highlands and Islands orders also arrive within 3–5 working days.

Embroidered and customised products take a little longer, arriving within 7–10 working days.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free on UK mainland orders over £75 (£90 inc. VAT). For orders under £75, delivery costs £4.50 (£5.40 inc. VAT). Highlands and Islands delivery is £9.95 (£11.94 inc. VAT).

How do I track my order?

We send a tracking link to your email as soon as your order is dispatched.

How do I return an item?

Get in touch with our team to start your return. If the item is unwanted, you'll arrange and pay for postage yourself; if it's faulty or was sent incorrectly, we'll cover the return cost.

Returns are accepted within 30 days, on unused items in original packaging.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes, just get in touch with our team to arrange a size exchange. The same conditions apply as returns — items must be unused, in original packaging, and within 30 days of purchase.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Get in touch with our team straight away and we'll sort it for you. We'll cover the full cost of returning the item, and arrange a replacement or refund once it's received.

What if my item doesn't fit when it arrives?

No problem — get in touch with our team and we'll arrange a size exchange. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and within 30 days of purchase. Please note that return postage costs aren't refunded in this case.

Do you offer embroidery and logo printing?

Yes, we offer logo printing as well as embroidery, including embroidered text. Get in touch with our team to discuss your requirements.

How do I send my logo or artwork?

Simply upload your logo or artwork on the product page — you'll find a clear section there to customise your items.

What file format do I need for my logo?

We accept PNG, JPG, and PDF files. For the best embroidery or print result, use the highest quality version of your logo you have available.

What's the minimum order quantity for embroidery or printing?

There's no minimum — you can order embroidered items individually or in bulk.

How long does embroidery and printing add to my delivery time?

Embroidered and customised products are delivered within 7–10 working days, rather than our standard 3–5 working days.

Can I see a proof before production?

Yes, we'll email you a proof before production begins, with the option to request revisions and changes.
