Delivery Timelines
- Non-embroidered items: Delivered within 3-5 working days.
- Text embroidery: Delivered within 7-10 working days.
- Logo embroidery: Delivered within 7-10 working days from logo approval.
- You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation along with tracking details once your items are shipped.

- If you’re near our factory (just outside Manchester city centre), you can collect your order directly.

Urgent & Emergency Orders
- If you need your order urgently for an emergency or unexpected shift, please contact us.
- We’ll always do our best to fast-track urgent orders wherever possible.
Returns
- Standard returns (28 days): Return non-personalised items within 28 days — items must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging.
- Refunds: Processed within an average of 7 working days after inspection.
- Return postage: For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover the return postage.
- Exclusions: Personalised and embroidered items are non-returnable unless faulty.
