At Harveys Workwear, we’re committed to delivering quality uniforms quickly and reliably — whether you’re ordering a single item or kitting out a whole team. Below you’ll find our delivery options, dispatch timelines, returns process, and how we handle custom orders.

- Orders placed before 1pm (Mon–Fri) are usually dispatched the same day.
- Embroidery orders may add an average of 2–4 working days.
Dispatch Timelines
- Non-embroidered items: Usually dispatched same day if ordered before 1pm (Mon–Fri). Peak times may take an average of 2–4 working days.
- Text embroidery: Average 2–4 working days.
- Logo embroidery: Average 2–4 working days from logo approval.
- You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking once shipped.
Click & Collect
- If you’re near our factory (just outside Manchester city centre), you can collect your order directly.
- Select Click & Collect at checkout and we’ll notify you when it’s ready.
Urgent & Emergency Orders
- If you need your order urgently for an emergency or unexpected shift, please contact us.
- We’ll always do our best to fast-track urgent orders wherever possible.
Returns
- Standard returns (28 days): Return non-personalised items within 28 days — items must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging.
- Refunds: Processed within an average of 7 working days after inspection.
- Return postage: For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover the return postage.
- Exclusions: Personalised and embroidered items are non-returnable unless faulty.
