- Orders placed before 1pm (Mon–Thu) are usually dispatched the same day. Embroidery may add 2–5 working days.
Dispatch Timelines
- Non-embroidered items: Usually dispatched same day if ordered before 1pm (Mon–Thu). Peak times may take 2–4 days.
- Text embroidery: 2–5 working days.
- Logo embroidery: 4–5 working days from logo approval.
- You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking once shipped.
Click & Collect
- If you’re near our factory (just outside Manchester city centre), you can collect your order directly.
- Select Click & Collect at checkout and we’ll notify you when it’s ready.
Returns
- Standard returns (28 days): Return non-personalised items within 28 days — items must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging.
- Return postage: For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend a tracked service. If the item is faulty or we made an error, we’ll cover the return.
- Faulty / incorrect items: We’ll replace or refund in full and cover return postage.
- Non-returnable: Embroidered, custom-made or altered garments (unless faulty).
