Shipping policy

Tracked Delivery:

• Orders over £75 (£90 including VAT) — Free
• Orders under £75 (£90 including VAT) — £3.75 (£4.50 including VAT)

Delivery Times

• Standard items: 3–5 business days.
• Customised (embroidered) items: 7–10 business days.
• Tracking sent by email once dispatched.

Returns

• 28 days on non-personalised items — unworn, unwashed, original packaging.
• Change-of-mind returns: postage is the customer's responsibility (we recommend a tracked service).
• Faulty or incorrect items: full refund/replacement, and we cover return postage.
• Not returnable: embroidered, custom-made or altered garments (unless faulty).
