Once you’ve approved your artwork, embroidery usually takes around 3–5 working days. These timelines depend on stock levels. Your dispatch date will be confirmed once your order is approved. We offer a wide range of thread colours including navy, white, pink, copper, mint green, and more. For text embroidery, you’ll choose from a preset list before ordering. For logos, we have access to virtually any thread colour you need.

Our delivery charges are:
- UK mainland orders over £90 (inc. VAT) – Express Shipping: Free
- UK mainland orders under £90 (inc. VAT) – Express Shipping: £4.95 (ex. VAT)
- Highlands & Islands (including Isle of Man): £9.95 (ex. VAT)

Orders are sent via DHL’s Express Delivery Service and arrive within 1–2 working days from dispatch.
Non-embroidered items ordered before 1pm (Mon–Thurs) are usually dispatched the same day, but can take 2–4 days depending on stock.
Text embroidery: dispatched in 2–5 working days
Logo embroidery: dispatched in 4–5 working days from logo approval
Your embroidery rep will confirm estimated dispatch once your order is approved. If you have further questions, please contact us – we’re happy to help.

You can return any non-personalised items within 28 days, as long as they’re unworn and in original packaging. Customised or embroidered items can’t be returned unless faulty. Please read our Delivery & Returns Policy page for further information.
