These Offer terms apply in addition to, and do not replace, our general website Terms & Conditions. Where there is a conflict between these Offer terms and our general Terms & Conditions in relation to this Offer, these Offer terms will govern.

The Offer is available to new Harveys accounts, and to existing Harveys accounts that have not placed an order in the 12 months preceding the date of enquiry.

1.2
The Offer is available to businesses and organisations only and is not available to individual consumers ordering for personal use, unless otherwise agreed by Harveys in writing.

1.3
Harveys will verify eligibility using its own account and order records held on file; no additional proof of eligibility is required from the customer.

1.4
Where a new site or branch is opened under an existing customer group, that new site qualifies as a new account for the purposes of this Offer. Once eligible, Offer pricing will extend across all sites and homes registered under that customer group.

2.1
The Offer provides a discount of between 20% and 25% off standard list pricing, exclusive of VAT. The exact discount applied depends on the specific product and Harveys' current stock position at the time of order.

2.2
The Offer applies only to the following product codes: ST10, ST20, 689, 700, 637, 630 (the "Eligible Products"). No other products in the Harveys range are included in this Offer.

2.3
To qualify, orders must quote reference code HAR0441 at the time of placing.

2.4
There is no minimum order quantity or minimum order value required to qualify for Offer pricing.

2.5
The Offer cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, or offer. It is exclusive and applies on a standalone basis only.

2.6
The Offer does not extend to other sizes, colours, or variants beyond those shown in the accompanying mini-catalogue, nor to any products outside the Eligible Products. Such items are available at standard retail pricing; bulk-order discounts and custom quotations may be available on request.

2.7
PPE and disposable items (including gloves and aprons) are not part of this Offer and are not subject to these Terms. They are available separately at prices confirmed at the time of order.

3.1
Customers who place a qualifying order under this Offer will have Offer pricing on the Eligible Products locked for a period of 12 months from the date of their first qualifying order (the "Price Lock Period"). Enquiring about the Offer does not, by itself, lock in Offer pricing — the Price Lock Period begins only once a qualifying order has been placed.

3.2
Following expiry of the Price Lock Period, pricing on garments (Eligible Products, excluding embroidery) will increase by 3% per annum. Embroidery pricing (as set out in clause 8.1) will not increase. Customers will be notified of any price change in advance of it taking effect.

4.1
To qualify for the Offer, enquiries or orders must be received by Harveys on or before 1st October 2026. Offer pricing cannot be honoured for enquiries or orders received after this date.

4.2
Harveys reserves the right to withdraw, extend, or amend this Offer at any time, including where an error in pricing or terms is identified, without prior notice. Any such change will not affect orders already confirmed by Harveys prior to the change.

5.1
Non-embroidered items purchased under this Offer may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, with no reason required.

5.2
Items that have been embroidered or otherwise personalised (including with logos, text, or names) are excluded from this guarantee and cannot be returned unless faulty.

5.3
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

6.1
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Standard UK VAT applies at the prevailing rate.

6.2
Accounts approved for credit receive 30-day net payment terms. Accounts that are not credit-approved must pay pro forma in advance of dispatch.

6.3
Customers may place orders on a pro forma basis while a credit application is being processed. Credit approval decisions are typically made within 7 working days.

7.1
Delivery is free of charge on orders of 10 or more garments. Orders below this threshold incur a delivery charge of £4.50 (exclusive of VAT).

7.2
Standard (non-customised) orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days. Customised orders (including embroidered items) are typically delivered within 7–10 working days.

7.3
The Offer covers delivery to UK mainland, Northern Ireland, and the Scottish Highlands and Islands. The free delivery threshold set out in clause 7.1 does not apply to deliveries to the Highlands and Islands; delivery charges for these areas will be confirmed at the time of ordering.

8.1
Embroidery is available on any garment at a flat rate of £3.50 per logo and £2.75 for text or names, exclusive of VAT.

9.1
Contact details provided as part of an enquiry or order under this Offer will be used solely for the purpose of processing that enquiry or order, and will not be used for promotional or marketing purposes without separate consent. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Harveys reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that it reasonably believes has been placed fraudulently, in error, or in breach of these Terms.

12.2
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
