Christmas Delivery and Opening Hours

 

During the Christmas holidays this year, our factory will be closed from 4:00 PM on December 19 and will reopen at 9:00 AM on January 5.

To ensure timely dispatch, orders placed after 3:00 PM on December 17 (Wednesday) will be processed and dispatched starting January 5.

 

You are welcome to place orders between December 17 and January 5, but dispatch will resume once we reopen on January 5.

Last Dispatch Date Before Christmas

To ensure delivery before the Christmas break, please place your order by 3:00 PM on Wednesday, December 17.

Orders placed after this time will be processed and dispatched starting January 5.

 

Returns

For customers requesting a refund, the cut-off time for processing before the holidays is 3:00 PM on Wednesday, December 17.

Any exchanges or returns received after this time will be processed from January 5.
